Celebrating our graduates
Fair Chance Life Restoration Program Graduates
92% of Fair Chance Program Graduates secure sustainable careers and a viable right-to-thrive.
As a former U.S. Army contractor, Fair Chance embodies a "whatever it takes" ethos that pervades our entire 3-module Life Restoration Program. In 60 to 90 days, graduates re-identify personal traumas as unique strengths.
Fair Chance's subsequent removal of personal barriers along with custom-designed résumés positions our candidates for viable career placement.
Fair Chance is not government workforce and we are not merely resources. Fair Chance makes it happen for clients, more like a Hollywood Agent.
As a 10-year federal government contractor, we've contracted with nearly 500 major corporations from Zeiss to Raytheon, Lockheed, and Hilton and the Secret Service. Using volume methods of collective bargaining and value exchanges, Fair Chance is uniquely qualified to bring you or your clients from "Zero to Zen" in just 60 to 90 days.

Fair Chance NC:Scaled Corporate, Government & Private Employment Training

Fair Chance North Carolina: consulting, training, engaging both Candidates & Employers!
Fair Chance's work with nearly 500 corporate and government employers, 25,000+ candidates and 77 major career events was based squarely on volume work contracts with the US Army, US Department of Justice, and US Department of Labor. But we knew that the special needs of at-risk candidates (those with justice-involved, drug, poverty, or homelessness backgrounds), including about 40% of the entire state of North Carolina, would never be met without working with employers first.
Since 2016, we've known that federal bonding, wage subsidizations, and tax incentives can help the many corporations we've trained make the right hiring decisions, not to mention the emotional influences of the many impact statements from the private citizens we've celebrated and featured.
