Fair Chance Affordability Consulting --Knightdale, NC

As North Carolina municipal populations grow in regional Triangle cities including Wake Forest and Knightdale, the affordability of local residents is called into question. The pull of new residents produces first, a shortage of residential rents and higher priced alternative housing. At this point, many municipal governments start calling into question the availability of human and social services to be able to cater to the needs of potentially homeless residents and those who might as well become impoverished. Fair Chance North Carolina is uniquely positioned, given its historical work with governments, to be able to advise regarding the steps local governments might take in their move back to fully-managing the welfare of local populations.

Fair Chance North Carolina enjoyed the opportunity in Knightdale to provide a Train-the-Trainer initiative whereby local leaders and municipal staff were able to learn the mechanisms upon which local populations might best be able to secure continued access to human and social services, even upon the $100 million in federal cuts to local NCDHHS operations. Fair Chance North Carolina is a government endorsed and referenced provider of candidate level personal and economic restorative training as well as a trainer of corporate and civic clients.

Fair Chance North Carolina is currently Wake County's grant recipient for Community Coaching. Fair Chance advises governments regarding the macro and micro economies surrounding the provision of human and social services and the affordability mechanisms that can sustain municipalities in the face of county economic financial cuts.

Having helped manage large, volume populational personal and economic restorations in three states, with 75 major events, several governors, and multiple US DOJ / U.S Attorneys offices, Fair Chance understands the sourcing of alternative funding mechanisms and the means whereby the employment economy can become a new engine for local poverty, homelessness, and affordability programming.

Fair Chance's advocacy additionally extends to the setup, management, and performance reviews of local nonprofit partnerships who contractually engage with local governments regarding economic development and economic restorations.
