Life Restoration / Poverty Remediation

Restoring impoverished and traumatized lives, one household at a time.

About this service

Federally-contracted and grant-awarded remediation that restores impoverished and traumatized lives.

Poverty is rarely one problem. It is a missed rent payment, a suspended license, an old record, a health crisis and a lost job, all at once. Fair Chance was built to untangle that knot.

Since 2005 we have served as a federally-contracted and grant-awarded remediation partner, working alongside the U.S. Army, SAMHSA, the Justice Department and HUD. We meet people where they are, in crisis, between homes or just home from incarceration, and walk with them through stabilization, healing and the first steps toward work.

Every participant gets one plan and one team. We don't hand people a list of phone numbers. We stay until the household is stable and earning.
