Fair Chance NC's Community Coaching Grant
Fair Chance North Carolina was brought on as Wake County's Community Coaching partner for the purpose of helping to restore the right to thrive for at-risk community members. In North Carolina, this number is as high as 41% of the entire populace, based upon prior felonies, homelessness, and poverty.
Fair Chance NC has utilized many means for accessing at-risk populations including community events, career events, charity partnerships, and personal leads from community leaders. Fair Chance's work throughout Wake County has included the provision of Personal Empowerment, Needs Remediation, and Advocacy Placement.
