Life Restoration
Three modules. One path back to stability.
The modules are the building blocks of everything Fair Chance does. They take a person from personal empowerment to cleared barriers to a sustainable career, built on our work alongside the U.S. Army, the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Department of Labor.
How it fits together
Empower, remediate, launch.
Personal Empowerment
Rebuilding confidence, identity and direction from the inside out.
Needs Remediation
Clearing the practical barriers that stand between a person and a paycheck.
Sustainable Careers
Not just a job. A career with a future, a living wage and room to grow.

Module 1
Personal Empowerment
Rebuilding confidence, identity and direction from the inside out.
Module 1 · Overview
Every lasting change starts with the person. Many of the people we serve have been told for years what they can't do. Module 1 replaces that message with a plan, a support network and real belief in their own ability.
Through guided classes, peer circles and one-on-one coaching, participants work through past trauma, set clear goals and build the habits that carry them through the rest of the program and into a career.

Motivation alone can't fix a missing ID, a suspended license, unstable housing or an old record that blocks every application. Module 2 tackles those barriers one by one, so nothing holds a participant back on day one of a new job.
Our case managers build a needs plan with each participant and connect them to legal, housing, transportation and benefits partners, tracking every item until it is resolved.
